Initial Ideas & Sampling
Embroidery offers extensive scope for customization, with a wide range of techniques, threads, cords, ribbons, beads, sequins, and crystals. To begin sampling effectively, clear reference images or visual direction are essential, allowing our designers and artisans a focused starting point. Sampling can then be refined until the design is resolved and ready for production.
Patterns & Artwork
Once you provide the paper pattern, our experienced artists trace it onto tracing paper and develop a detailed embroidery artwork showing exact placement. Images of this artwork are shared for your review and revisions. After approval, the design is transferred onto fabric and embroiderers can begin to work their magic.
Production
Once the artwork and sample are approved, embroidery begins, with timelines determined by the technique and scale of the piece. Progress images are shared regularly throughout production so you can see the embroidery shaping up.
Quality Control Check
Once production is complete, a quality control check is conducted to ensure the highest standards. Any shrinkage from embroidery is corrected against the pattern, seam embroidery is precisely matched, and stitch strength is thoroughly inspected to ensure a flawless finished piece.
Shipping And Customs
Once the finished product is ready, it is shipped via reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Tracking details are emailed to you to ensure seamless monitoring and smooth delivery.
